• Resend — our transactional email service. When you submit the contact form, the data is formatted and delivered to dev@adviseriq.co.uk via Resend. Resend processes this data solely to transmit the email and does not retain it for its own purposes.

Both processors are contractually bound to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law, court order, or a regulatory authority.

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship — typically up to two years from last contact. If a project does not proceed, we will delete or anonymise your data sooner upon request.

Vercel server logs are retained in accordance with Vercel’s standard retention policy.
