- Every build includes bespoke design (no templates or page builders), a fully responsive and mobile-first layout, on-page SEO foundations, a contact or lead-capture form, and deployment to a global CDN. Higher tiers add more pages, advanced SEO, CRM integrations, analytics setup, and schema markup. You'll also receive a handover call and post-launch support window.
- How long does a build take?
- A Launch build typically takes around two weeks from signed brief to live. Growth builds run three to four weeks. Signature and bespoke web-app projects are scoped individually — we'll give you a timeline estimate before work begins. We keep builds tight because we plan thoroughly upfront.
- Do I own the site once it's built?
- Yes — completely. You own all code, design assets, and content. We hand over the repository and all credentials at launch. There are no lock-in fees or proprietary systems. If you ever want to move to another developer, everything transfers cleanly.
- Can I pay monthly for a build?
- Build packages are quoted as fixed one-off fees. We typically take a deposit on project kick-off and the balance on launch. If cash-flow staging matters to you, speak to us — we can sometimes split the balance into two or three milestone payments for larger projects.
- Do the Care and SEO plans require a minimum term?
- Care plans run month to month with no long-term contract — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. SEO retainers work best over a minimum of three months (results take time to compound), but we don't lock you into lengthy contracts. Most clients stay because the results speak for themselves.
